Return Policy

Refund policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase. We do not offer refunds however you can return the product for an exchange. Please note that if the period of 7 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you an exchange.

Exchange requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:

  • Product is defective
  • Product is not as described
  • Product must be unopened
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Product must be unused
  • Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange.

Proof of purchase

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase.Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not do an exchange.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first.

Visit any of our retail locations to return your items purchased through our online store. Our staff member will process your return or exchange for you.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange.

Weight Loss Products, Vitamins, Teas, Meal Replacements

All sales are considered final at Body Sculpt 360° Aesthetics & Holistic Health. In light of the nature of our products, we are unable to accommodate returns, exchanges, or provide credits under any circumstances. Specifically, Weight Loss Products, Vitamins, Teas, and Meal Replacements fall under the category of non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable items. It is highly recommended that you thoroughly review the complete product descriptions before proceeding with your purchase. Please be advised that any unauthorized returns will be declined and promptly sent back to you. We strongly encourage you to carefully peruse all disclosures and FAQs before finalizing your transaction. Kindly note that we do not extend warranties, replacements, or repair services. Your completion of the purchase signifies your acceptance of these terms. Should you opt to acquire meal plans, they will be dispatched exclusively via email immediately after your purchase. Pre-paid Merchandise, Products, Services, Procedures, and/or Treatments

Body Sculpt 360° Aesthetics & Holistic Health does not issue cash, check, or credit card refunds for purchased or pre-paid merchandise, products, or services. Body Sculpt 360° Aesthetics & Holistic Health does not provide refunds for financed merchandise, financed pre-paid services, financed packages, or financed procedures. Financed merchandise, services, packages, and or procedures are considered pre-paid or paid in full depending on purchase. This policy includes phone and in-person transactions. Any pre-payments received can be used for store credit to purchase other merchandise, products, services or packages. Any payments which are considered deposits or consult fees are non-refundable as well.

No refunds will be issued for services rendered including consultations even if you are disappointed in the result or unhappy with the outcome.

No refunds will be provided regardless of the current status of the U.S. Economy, current local economic climate, current or unforeseen personal affairs, and/or vacations.

Packaged procedures and/or treatments are sold and paid for at discounted rates. All sales/and or purchases made on packaged procedures or treatments are FINAL SALE AND FINAL PURCHASES. No refunds will be given on partially used or completed packages. A package is considered partially used when the following have been completed and/or started, collected body data and body composition such as BMI, Weight, Body Fat, Completed Nutritional Data, Completed Meal Plans etc. Body Sculpt 360° Aesthetics & Holistic Health does not have a cooling off period.

Packaged procedures and/or treatments cannot be changed and are sold as is and paid for at discounted rates. Changes to packages are to be made and charged at original pricing only.

{Example: You paid for a package of 10 Lipolaser Combo Treatments discounted at $3995 ($399.50 per treatment). You are trying to get a partial refund and now say you only want 6 Lipolaser Combo Treatments. Regular price for Lipolaser Combo Treatments is $799 per treatment. The price for 6 Lipolaser Combo Treatments would be $4794 and not the original discounted price paid.}

Body data and body composition analysis such as BMI, Weight, Body Fat, Nutritional Data, Meal Plans, and Meal Plans with Activity/Technology are included in Packages and completed in the 1st stage of packages. However, if a demand for refund is requested Body Sculpt 360° Aesthetics & Holistic Health would be compensated and fees will apply by the length of your Aesthetic Body Sculpting Plan. Example: Custom Meal Plan w/recipes, shopping lists, goals, tests etc. cost $4,000 per month. You would owe Body Sculpt 360° Aesthetics & Holistic Health $4000 for every month within your package.

If your package is 2 months you would owe Body Sculpt 360° Aesthetics & Holistic Health $8,000. If your package is 3 months you would owe Body Sculpt 360° Aesthetics & Holistic Health $12,000 and so on. Custom meal plans and all its additions are made specific to you and you only. They entail extensive work and research. Body Sculpt 360° Aesthetics & Holistic Health must be compensated for all work. 

 

Appointments 

Appointments not canceled or rescheduled 3 days before the start or day of treatments are non-refundable. If you have prepaid for a series of treatments in a package and you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice OR if you do not arrive for your appointment, you will forfeit that treatment within the series/package. No refunds will be given.

Payments referred to herein shall not be refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the termination of agreements, treatments, and/or services for whatever reason. This Refund Policy overrides any other policy signed or read.
